Step One: Introductions
Your E-Design experience will start just as any home design experience might, with a chance for us to discuss your needs, get an understanding of you vision for you home and learn what you’re looking for. With video call technology, this step will be very similar to an in-person meeting. During our original conference call we will explain the e-design process in more detail, and answer any questions you may have.
Step Two: Get Creative
Step two is your chance to explore design ideas and get creative! We’ll send you a questionnaire on cabinetry, counters, flooring and more to get a good idea of your style. We’ll also share some popular designs with you. This is also your opportunity to browse Pinterest, Houzz and other design imagery that captures the look you’re looking to recreate.
Step 3: Measure Up!
The next step is to take measurements so we can get an accurate idea of the size and layout of the room(s) you wish to remodel. We’ll guide you on how best to measure your home, with measuring examples for you to follow. We’ll also need a picture of your electrical panel box.
Step 4: Concept Creation
Finally, we will create your design concepts. Over video or conference call, we will share floorplans and 3D designs that will bring our designs, based on your vision for your home, to life.
Design complete! The design phase is over but this is just the beginning. Our full service remodeling team will stay by your side through concept to completion.
